Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return process for these items.

  • All original packaging and tags are intact.
  • Personalized or customized items can only be returned if they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, pet food, and hygiene-related products.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@tagsandtails.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Securely pack the items with the RMA number included, and ship them back to our returns department.
  3. Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo an inspection. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refunds After 7 Days

Please be aware that refunds are not applicable under the following conditions after the initial 7 days:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind about an item.
  • Mistaken Orders: Items ordered by mistake are only eligible for a return if reported within the initial 7-day period.
  • Cheaper Alternatives: Finding a lower price for the same product elsewhere does not qualify for a refund.
